Once a decision was made, Frank was also able to assist with Sound requirements based on the venue whilst working within our budget. He was very hands on and met with myself, the venue rep and theming people to ensure he was clear what was required (and so did they). I asked many questions leading up to the event and was never made to feel like it was any trouble. Lady P was amazing!
