	Los Chasquis more Los Chasquis have been performing South American music since 1984. The music they play is that of the Andes, the mountain range that runs the western seaboard of South America. The sound features the “quena”, a bamboo flute, the “zampona”, a South American pan-pipe, the “charango”, a small stringed instrument, the “bombo”, a type of drum and the guitar.
